Social housing is a unique form of tenure – although it is heavily regulated, there is no sector-wide agreement on how the electrical safety of social housing stock or assets should be managed. NAPIT has assisted in the creation and reviewing of New a Code of Practice for the management of electrotechnical care in the sector, published by the Electrical Safety Roundtable.
